Inside JSDC
Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) was organized to develop employment to improve business conditions and advance the interests of the City of Jamestown and Stutsman County, North Dakota by implementing and sustaining an organized effort to attract new business and industry, support existing business and industry, and encourage new business starts. JSDC's focus is primary sector job creation.
The corporation has a multimillion-dollar economic development program available to assist with expanding or relocating business. JSDC developed and owned the 30 acre I-94 Business Park which is now 100% occupied with manufacturing, warehouse distribution, logistic, and other industry businesses. As co-owner of the Spiritwood Energy Park , JSDC offers 500 plus acres of development land located approximately 10 miles east of Jamestown. The Energy Park features convenient access to rail, Interstate, highway, water, wastewater, heavy power & steam. The Airport Business Park offers lots ready for aeronautical and non-aeronautical development ranging in size from 8.5 to 46 acres. Only minutes from downtown, these lots have immediate access to 34th St SE, Highway 20 as well as easy accessibility to Interstate 94.
